Hr & Admin Executive (full Spectrum Hr)

Job Description
Our client is one of the largest retails stores selling luxury watches across APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR & Admin Executive to be part of their sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the CBD Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing full spectrum of Huamn Resource and administrative duties.
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment process
- Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance procedure
- Maintaining accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
- Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation matters
- Preparations of letters when required
- Perform leave and overtime computation
- Planning and management of training related matters
- Generating of HR related reports and assisting in insurance related matters
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by company.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong in recruitment process
- Experience with using Prosoft is an added advantage
