Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist in maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts \xc2\xb7 Update internal databases with new hire information \xc2\xb7 Assist in updating of the Employee Handbook and HR Policy, \xc2\xb7 Support all recruitment activities, like publish and remove job ads \xc2\xb7 Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed \xc2\xb7 Assist HR Manager in MOM work pass administration \xc2\xb7 Assist in onboarding and exit clearance of employees \xc2\xb7 Assist HR Manager in Leave Management \xc2\xb7 Prepare weekly or monthly HR reports \xc2\xb7 Handles claims including employees\xe2\x80\x99 and directors\xe2\x80\x99 reimbursement \xc2\xb7 Administering training internally and externally when require \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of office and its resources \xc2\xb7 Filing, scanning and printing of bulletins for office and other company facilities \xc2\xb7 Working closely with the managers to implement policies to attract, retain and motivate employee \xc2\xb7 Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned.
