Responsibilities
Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
Manage and maintain employees within the Group\'s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and other employee relations matters
Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group\'s employee appraisal
Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company\'s documents including but not limited to Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in HR Generalist role
