The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing a range of administrative and human resource functions. This role involves maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, handling any company system issues, and ensuring office operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, medical claim accounts, and creating data reports.
Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities.
Onboard new staff by providing system introduction and creating employee accounts.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and facility management.
Handle any company system issues by liaising with our tech vendor.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Grow company's social media and increase brand awareness.
Organise company events and staff welfare initiatives.
Any ad-hoc tasks required by management.
Requirements:
Candidates with no experience/ entry level are welcome to apply.
Any knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices would be a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidate must be digitally adept--able to troubleshoot, adopt new software, and work efficiently with tech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
