Oversee the execution of HR policies and protocols.
Familiar with MOM Regulations (e.g.: knowledge on EP/SP/WP application/renewal)
360 recruitments (Drafting of job ads, jobs posting, sourcing out for candidate, prescreen, onboarding, departure, and the entire employee lifecycle in compliance with employment laws)
Administer payroll operations, including monthly processing, CPF contributions, and yearly IR8A returns.
Maintain and update employee records.
Supervise daily HR department operations.
Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
Coordinate exit interviews to identify reasons for resignation.
Requirements:
Good understanding of local employment laws and MOM regulations, including EP/SP/WP application and renewal processes.
Experience in full-spectrum recruitment and HR operations, from hiring to offboarding.
Familiar with payroll processing, CPF contributions, and annual tax submissions (e.g., IR8A).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR software is an advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
