Responsibilities:
  • Perform the full HR functions
  • Organize and administer onboarding to offboarding program
  • Support the HR activities and initiatives
  • Overseeing the office management duties, such as liaising with staff, and contractors, and ensuring the office operation is running smoothly
  • Responsible for preparing meeting slide decks
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma or Degree of related fields.
  • Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Engineering background is an advantage
