Assist HR Manager and Senior Executive in overall HR and Administration functions to ensure the efficiency in day-to-day operations which includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, preparation and follow up on staffs confirmation / performance appraisal, employees relations, manage P-Files, source for administration and facilities related quotations and general office management.
Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by the HR HOD
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Experienced in retail industry will be an added advantage
Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
