Responsibilities:
Able to give concrete advise to management on HR issues e.g steps to take for dismissal case
Prepare and review relevancy of company HR policies
Administer health and life insurance programs and policies
Communicate and implement training and development plans
Plan and execute half yearly performance review sessions
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Monitor budgets by department
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
Prepare HR and admin monthly reports
Assist in performing office administration, such as stationery ordering and control, company vehicle, office equipment, travel applications, telco, licenses application and renewal etc.
Prepare application for government funding support where applicable.
Liaise with various tertiary institutions on internship programs.
Assist managers in handling disciplinary matters, staff grievances and complaints
Requirements:
At least 2 years of HR Admin experience
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Solid understanding of labour legislation
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Immediate starter is preferred
