Process payroll and manage tax clearance, including checking overtime, allowances, and attendance for input into the system.
Administer work permit/SPass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain the HRIS system by updating employee records.
Oversee the Clocking Time Attendance System management.
Handle the organization of company events, functions, and customer gift arrangements.
Coordinate training courses and resolve IT-related issues.
Generate reports for surveys and prepare various employment-related letters, such as those for employment, confirmation, salary increments, and bonuses.
Address and manage employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Assist in the recruitment process and process employee claims.
Administer the Leave E-Portal and ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities like lockers.
Liaise with vendors for office equipment maintenance and manage procurement and administration of office supplies, uniforms, and beverages.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or a similar field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Info-Tech software is advantageous.
Must maintain confidentiality and display a resourceful, flexible attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high integrity and responsibility.
Positive, can-do attitude with strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
