Job Title: HR & Admin ExecutiveOur Client: Our client is a global MNC in the construction industry.The Responsibilities:
General HR operation tasks including employee confirmation and other HR processes
Staff-level payroll preparation and processing, verifying attendance, overtime payments, resignations, leave system approval, etc.
Coordination and preparation for all site staff and worker training
Support recruitment, reviewing and shortlisting of resumes, interview arrangements etc.
Onboarding administration including setting up email accounts and work desk arrangement
In charge of all site TOLQ and worker matters (occupancy nominal roll, workman injury claims etc.)
Purchase of stationery, office and pantry supplies
Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
The Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years related experience in construction industry for site HR work
Proficiency with staff and workers\' payroll required
Good communication and interpersonal skill
