Handle full spectrum of recruitment and selection process from advertising job vacancies to on-boarding of personnel
Handle the signing up and renewal of staff foreign passes (Application/Renewal/Cancellation/Security bonds/ Insurance)
Create staff ID for new hires and conduct new employee orientations
Able to write and prepare necessary documents relating to HR matters such as confirmation, acceptance of resignation, internal memo, etc
Register employees for various training courses and apply training grants as well as any other grants specified by the company
To compile monthly HR reports and assist in monthly Annual Performance Review
Maintain employees personal files with updated records & documents
To provide advice and suggestions to managers on issues relating to HR
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll and staff claims
Handle all renewal of Insurance.
Engage and organize company events, gatherings and retreats for staff
Administrative Job Responsibilities
Administering, updating and maintaining the record by keying in the sales report, checking invoices, data entries on stocks, maintain inventory supply and etc.
Carry out, compiling, collating, filling, maintaining and updating of on-going promotions details, forms, reports and etc.
Replenish office / outlet daily supply including sourcing of supply to ensure smooth operations in the company.
Sourcing for products, compare prices and purchase according to specifications as provided.
Coordinate and follow-up closely on outstanding purchase orders, delivery schedule and supplier payments.
Maintain accurate suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 list, record of purchase and product prices
Inspect all new products received, perform quality checks, report defective goods and follow up on product feedback.
Perform stock taking to all outlets including HQ on a monthly basis.
Receiving, unpacking, packing and labelling of products and arranging for weekly deliveries.
Any other ad hoc duties or administration matters assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource
At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an administrative/ HR capacity
Ability to adhere to and meet due dates and objectives
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS & Excel Office
