Hr & Admin Manager (9 Months Maternity Cover)

Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will lead a small team and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth running of day-to-day HR & Admin activities for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam office.





Responsibilities:-





HR Functions (80%)



Responsible for the full spectrum HR operations covering employee full life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, engagement and off-boarding in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam Provide strategic consultation and coaching to business leaders on organizational issues and people matters; resolve HR issues for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam's offices Collaborate cross functionally with various departments i.e IT, Finance to drive HR solutions and create a positive employee experience Review HR processes and policies and ensure that they are aligned with Company's Group policies and comply with local legislation Involved in budgeting and manpower planning Partner with business managers to source for talents in ASEAN to meet business goals and needs Oversee the administration of company's general insurance, employees' insurance and benefits Work closely with 3rd party payroll vendor and responsible for the payroll administration for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam offices Maintain personnel files, people data and document management

Office and Admin Functions (20%)



Provide a healthy and conducive work environment for all employees by ensuring that the workplace is clean, safe and well-equipped Review and manage contracts/service agreement for office landlord and vendors eg. lease agreement, photocopier lease agreement, cleaning service agreement, record storage agreement etc. Corp Pass Administrator for Singapore entities i.e granting e-services to appointed employees Coordinate ad-hoc company functions, team building activities, annual gathering to encourage team bonding among colleagues Provide admin support on AGM & Quarterly Board Meeting matters

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines; preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience and experience in leading a small team Hands-on experience in managing full spectrum of HR functions Solid understanding of Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act, general human resources policies and procedures and market trends Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Good analytical, problem-solving skills and organisational skills, able to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; ability to engage people from all levels and backgrounds Meticulous, detailed-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality Highly independent and resourceful * A team leader with positive mind-set and initiative
