Degree holder or above. + Experience in construction / engineering (process) industry
HR & Admin managerial and team management experience in an organization with hybrid workforce (white and blue-collar).
Experience in construction or process sector is highly preferred.

Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee and manage an effective and responsive HR & Admin Department with 4 direct reports.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, i.e., recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and talent engagement.
Ensure department is compliant with all systems and regulations requirements.
Lead company event planning and ad hoc HR projects.
Support senior management and line leaders.
