• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee office supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
• Coordinate company events and meetings.
• Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by Senior Management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in human resource sector
• Computing - Advanced MS Office and payroll software.
• Understands recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and relevant regulations from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Familiar with managing employee information systems.
• Familiar with HR software, databases, and using metrics to evaluate HR performance.
