Our client is a Southeast Asia focused agency that places great emphasis on its people culture and exchange. This role is based in its Singapore office and will report to the Managing Director, where you will partner the MD in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of its Singapore office operations. This is your chance to apply what you know about an agency\'s pain points and challenges into helping to form the agency of tomorrow and also to support the future generations of communications professionals.Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of administrative, HR, and operational support which includes but not limited to:

  • Helping to shape the organisation\'s culture and growth;
  • Collaborating closely with leadership team to foster a dynamic performance culture within the organisation;
  • Managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This includes coordinating 360 reviews twice a year, building and implementing efficient onboarding and offboarding programs, and employee data;
  • Assisting with talent acquisition, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates etc.;
  • Designing and leading strategic HR programs, making Singapore a possible destination for the organisation\'s regional key talent and promoting a performance culture, rooted in trust, kindness and curiosity;
  • Providing support to employees by promptly addressing queries and requests, contributing to a positive employee experience;
  • Assisting in implementing HR programs fostering a \xe2\x80\x9cbest places to work\xe2\x80\x9d culture and facilitating positive employee experiences;
  • Supporting the successful delivery of initiatives that align with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives.
Hybrid work arrangement with 13th month salary.
