Work closely with General Manager on human resource issues like:
\xe2\x97\x8b Hiring and termination of staffs including but not limited to liaising with manpower agencies, publishing newspaper and website advertisements etc
\xe2\x97\x8b Planning for staff probation confirmation and promotion
\xe2\x97\x8b Scheduling and planning for staffs to attend training courses
\xe2\x97\x8b Updating and reviewing HR database
Work closely with General Manager on other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma Human Resources management or equivalent field of study
No Experience is welcome.
