This is an internal/in-house position with Adecco. Temp role under the Staffing division supporting HR Admin activities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Support 3 clients partners on th This is an internal/in-house position with Adecco. Temp role under the Staffing division supporting HR Admin activities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Support 3 clients partners on the below tasks Updates Account Receivables with client / finance Call 10 associates per week Prepare Offboard form , send offboard email Send Renewal email Send Contract expiry email Raise Service Requests through IT system Create Credit note and several HR admin requests in Adecco's client and associate management database Client's report - headcount report / invoice report Draft hiring proposals Create Ad-hoc projects
