Highlights

• Payroll & workpass application
• Experienced in construction industry
• 5days/week

a * Assist in Human Resource functions and administrative matters

• Processing of monthly Payroll
• Manage IR21, tax clearance if required.
• Update and maintain of employee individual\'s personnel files and records
• Assist in training administration arrangements for internal / external courses
• Assist in dormitory arrangements, assignments, involve in application of work pass renewal
• Assist in WICA / H&S claims administration
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in HR field with payroll experience
• Experienced in Construction industry
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Meticulous and responsible at work
