Job Description


Job Scope

  • Providing HR administrative support, particularly in the areas of recruitment, exit management, and training.
  • Assisting with staff inquiries regarding recruitment and exits.
  • Entering and maintaining staff records in the staff directory, systems and personnel files.
  • Performing any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Words and Excel.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Organised with good time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Prior HR experience.
