Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions (except payroll function).
Managing end to end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, generate appointment letter for new hires, work pass/ employment pass application for
Application and renewal of Work Passes
Process payroll (80 headcounts)
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Responsible for income tax submission, IR8A preparation and IR 21 submission
Be the main point of contact for employees\' HR related queries
Work with respective managers for employees\' confirmation
Maintain updated staff list for medical insurance coverage
Prepare ad hoc letter as requested by staff
Provide support in organising any of the Company functions/ events
Handle office related admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of office supplies, liaising with vendors (IT, cleaning services etc.), air ticket & hotel bookings for staff who go on business trip
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources management or equivalent field of study.
Minimum of 2 years\' experience specialized in full spectrum of payroll and experience in the Human Resources function with responsibilities such as HR operations, payroll & benefits, recruitment, and employee relationship & engagement.
Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment related legislations.
Experienced in IT /Asset Management Recruitment and hiring for IT/FinTech/Asset Management related roles is desired but not essential.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
Strong customer service focus with a high level of responsiveness.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Solid problem-solving skill and experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed-oriented with excellent organization & documentation skills.
Information:
Salary: up to S$4,200 +
Location: Central
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
