Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with hiring manager about manpower requisition requests.
\xc2\xb7 Post at job portal and screen resumes for shortlisting.
\xc2\xb7 Arrange & conduct interview with candidates and hiring managers.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper documentation of recruitment matter.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct background checks and calling references before job offering.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
\xc2\xb7 Perform general administrative duties such as filing, controlling and maintaining of documents.
\xc2\xb7 Perform IR21, IR8A for workers.
\xc2\xb7 Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement.
\xc2\xb7 Organize company events/team bonding activities.
\xc2\xb7 Renew company licenses.
\xc2\xb7 Application/renewal of permit and passes for workers and office staff.
\xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc duties.Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration.
\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of related HR & Admin. Preferable in Construction Industry.
\xc2\xb7 Cheerful, responsible, meticulous, fast-thinker and takes initiative in work.
\xc2\xb7 Fast learner, able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Sage Payroll System & Whyze HR System is a plus.Benefits\xc2\xb7 Performance Bonus
