Job Description



  • MNC, a Manufacturer of heavy equipments
  • Working Location: Central, near MRT
  • Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
  • AWS & VB provided
  • Permanent Position
  • immediate starter or short notice preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS updates, e-P-file maintenance, welfare, benefits, leave, performance, and insurance.
  • Drive recruitment for managerial and non-managerial roles, from ads to contract negotiations.
  • Handle full employee life-cycle: onboarding, benefits, performance, offboarding.
  • Coordinate secondment of expatriates, including contracts and passes.
  • Handle payroll, submissions, and audits, and assist with tax reporting.
  • Implement Learning & Development initiatives, improve welfare and benefits.
  • Organize events, communication, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee Code of Conduct and Risk Management matters.
  • Support budgeting, salary reviews, and HR projects.
  • Provide advice on regulations, policies, and employee relations.
  • Produce HR reports and collaborate on regional objectives.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall office upkeep, equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Handle administrative tasks like visitors, couriers, mail.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies within budget.
  • Liaise with building management and handle lease matters.
  • Support housing, relocation, and travel arrangements.
  • Supervise facilities services and coordinate events.
  • Propose administrative improvements and manage expenses.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, business administration or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years\' work experience in the field of HR.
  • Abreast of market best HR practices, employment trends, and regulations in Singapore i.e. Employment Act.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
