HR Administrator, Recruitment Shared Services (6-month contract)








Job Purpose



The HR Administrator, Recruitment Shared Services, plays a crucial role in supporting the transactional tasks for recruitment and onboarding process. You will collaborate with the stakeholders to process the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment and onboarding accurately and timely based on the requirements and business needs.


Responsibilities

• Perform quality mass operational duties using appropriate resources and follow-up accordingly in a timely manner from issuance of letter of offers until first day onboarding.
• Ensure accurately and proper up to date system records and appropriate documentation of all new hires based on compliant recruitment standards.
• Working collaboratively and maintain relationship with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved in a timely manner.
• Support Day 1 onboarding activities.
• Responsible for meeting recruitment and onboarding service standards.
• Any other additional roles and responsibilities related to the support of recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Minimally O Levels qualification, with at least 2 years of experience performing administrative duties.

Skills



Technical skills include:

• Comfortable with large volumes of follow ups and administrative duties
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in SAP is an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different group of people \xe2\x80\x93 candidates, hiring manager, etc.
