Job Description


Job Scope

  • Support in Recruitment and HR related matters
  • Support Business Development Manager in sales coordination and client liaison
  • Coordinate with client to facilitate smooth employee onboarding
  • Act as the point of contact for employees regarding employment, work pass and salary matters
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Handle staff off-boarding and conduct exit interview/clearance
  • Update and maintain proper records of employee\'s data
  • Submission of government claims when required
  • Prepare monthly reports for the management
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O or Diploma in human resource management or other related disciplines
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR administrative duties
  • Creative in exploring new channels of recruitment and familiarity with employment laws
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • People oriented and a team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive, driven and able to work under minimum supervision
