Assist in payroll processing (mid-month & end-month), including verification of timesheets, annual leave, medical leave, and related matters
Provide a wide range of administrative support, includes but not limited to filing, data entry, schedule of meetings, and manage correspondence
Assist with the organization and coordination of office logistics, including ordering supplies and managing stationery inventory
Handle inquiries from staff in a professional and courteous manner
Provide support for special projects and events as needed
Maintain and update office systems and procedures to improve efficiency
Responsible for work pass matters for foreigners
Facilitate door access card, fingerprint registration, and issuance of company properties for new employees
Prepare HR related documents and letters (confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc.)
Other any adhoc matters assigned by Superior
