Our client, a highly regarded, global Insurance firm, is seeking a HR Advisor to join their HR team in their fast growing, Singapore hub. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for partnering the Regional Leadership team, managing People Strategy locally alongside some HR Operations in a strategic but hands on generalist role for Singapore. You will operate as a trusted adviser to stakeholders in a busy and varied HR role in partnership with counterparts in Shared Services and COE.
We are looking for someone that is currently operating in a hybrid HR Operations/ HR Business Partner capacity in a similar environment within insurance, professional services or financial services. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and operational role and with partnering directly with the regional leadership team.
