One of the largest global financial institution is looking to expand their HR Analytics team regionally in Singapore and you will be providing insightful HR data to various HR partners, COE specialists to be able to develop and design the right people strategy to support its business growth.

They are currently looking to expand their HR Analytics team in Singapore.

Description

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Global Head of HR Analytics that is based in the UK. The responsibilities are as follow:

• Analyse HR-related data or trends that are available and be able to story-tell or make sense out of it and provide insightful information to various HR partners, specialists HR teams in driving and designing the right solutions to support its business
• Being able to establish the right processes and framework since it is a relatively new team within the entire HR department globally
• Work closely with the HR leaders, business leaders in helping them understand the importance of HR data, and how to utilize the right tools and technology to support their day-to-day job

Profile

Our Ideal Candidate

• You will need to have at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, or data analytics
• Having consulting or project management experience is highly preferred
