Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum HR and accounting functions. You will be the key liaison between management, workers, and clients--ensuring smooth operations and clear communication in both English and Chinese.


HR Responsibilities



Handle full-set HR duties: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations Maintain and update employee records and contracts Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws Coordinate training, safety briefings, and performance reviews Manage foreign worker documentation and work pass applications

Accounting Responsibilities



Manage full-set accounts Prepare monthly financial statements Handle GST submissions Monitor project costing and assist in procurement documentation Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and payment records

Communication & Coordination



Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking workers and English-speaking clients Translate and interpret when necessary for meetings or documentation Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on payment and HR matters Support project managers with manpower and cost tracking
