Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day HR and Office Administrative support.
  • Inventory track and order supplies.
  • Support full employment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR documents and forms such as employee dockets, employee handbooks, HR forms, and templates.
  • Arrange employees Visas, insurance, air ticket, hotel arrangement and accommodation and work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Generate and administer reports such as employee’s attendance and headcount movement.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up to date.
  • Manage and handling maintenance issues of office and facilities.
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in related field preferred.
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and under pressure to prioritize workload
