Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.
Liaise with building management for repairs and improvements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and company documentation.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards.
Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements.
Draft internal communications for distribution within the organization.
Manage job posting and candidate sourcing.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
Respond to benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
Organize company events and outings to promote team building and a positive company culture.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, client meetings, and other events.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Implement and update emergency preparedness plans as needed.
