What You'll Be Doing:

Recruitment Support

Interview Coordination
- Ensure clear, smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding
- Make new hires feel welcome and set up for success from day one.
Office Administration
- Support daily operations like maintaining documents, organizing records, and managing meeting logistics.
Team Engagement
- Take the lead on internal events and initiatives that build culture and boost team morale.
What We're Looking For:
GCE A-Level or Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent)
Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and manage time well
