Assist the HR Manager to oversee the HR Department and manage the full spectrum of HR functions
Assist in payroll related matters
Work with the HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient, productive, and beneficial work from employees
Administer the recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, grievance, and off-boarding processes accordingly
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and all HR related
Organize,maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed and to ensure the accuracy of data
Monitor employee development progress and stay abreast of Company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and healthy
Responsible for upholding of HR practices and policies to ensure compliance with legislation and adherence to all pertinent labor laws
Assist the HR Manager in performance management and appraisal activities
Identify,propose, and implement any necessary initiatives to help boost employee productivity (better assessment process, incentive programs, employee activities, employee development, employee engagement etc)
Participation in learning and development programs, special projects or ad hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer contracts, and employee onboarding materials.
Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
To collect, calculate and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, WICA Insurance Claims and etc.
Provide clerical support to management including but to meeting, documents proofreading, translating and filing.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment, and facilities.
Support facilities management, ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.
Handle reception duties and attend to guests when needed
Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Should be an bridge between Management and Staffs regarding Performance updates / Work Related issues sharing and housing of staffs in our various hostels.
Travel to our multiple outlets whenever in need.
