Update internal databases (e.g. record Annual Leave & Sick Leave)
Manage work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM.
Publishing and updating job ads on careers pages
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (incl. job ad posting, schedule for interviews, job offer and arrange to onboard)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) to the outsourcing party.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Answer employees\' queries about HR-related issues
Assist with ad hoc tasks/projects that may arise from time to time.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications (eg. Microsoft Office and Teams)
Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding)
Basic knowledge of labour legislation
Thorough knowledge of labour laws
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Able to liaise in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors and colleagues)
