Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record Annual Leave & Sick Leave)
  • Manage work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM.
  • Publishing and updating job ads on careers pages
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (incl. job ad posting, schedule for interviews, job offer and arrange to onboard)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) to the outsourcing party.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employees\' queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks/projects that may arise from time to time.
Requirements and skills:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications (eg. Microsoft Office and Teams)
  • Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding)
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Able to liaise in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors and colleagues)
