The Opportunity
This role will spend approximately 50% of time focused on supporting the regional HR team, as the central point of HR administration for the region. The HR administration tasks vary, with some regular HR tasks (such as supporting the onboarding and exit processes, HR data entry, recruitment support) and a mix of supporting HR projects as led by the regional HR Business Partners.
For the remaining 50% of the work week, this position will be focused on working with the regional leadership team with administration support. This may include overflow work from the General Manager\'s Executive Assistant (travel bookings, leave coverage, diary management, event organization) or ad hoc requests directly from the leadership team.
