Summary of Job Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be part of the HR Operations team performing document management and reviewing employee data via the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The role will administer other HR related services and respond to employees on HR related queries.

  • Perform digital filing of documents including sorting, scanning and indexing
  • Review completed work for accuracy and ensure scanned documents are legible and indexed accordingly
  • Ensure documents are handled in accordance to business guidelines
  • HR administrative support such as tracking of Personal Files and documents.
  • Other HR related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably with some HR knowledge
  • Able to work on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Able to commit within short notice.
