Assist in Company's Recruitment drive by retrieving, contacting and screening qualified applicants and provide general administrative support to the HR department in recruitment.
Conduct follow-up calls for applicants as well as scheduling for interviews and exams.
Handles the employee recruitment process by providing support and advice to staff selection and ensuring the timely placement of candidates.
Identify sources for qualified candidates
Report weekly or as required to recruitment or Department Head for progress update and further instructions
Conduct initial interview and administration of exams
Will do sourcing and Attend Nationwide Job Fairs
Do other related assignments
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
Must have a Good oral & written communication skills
With experience in Test administration & Interpretation
Willing to do a multi-tasking job
Can do field work
With strong personality
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
