  • Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
  • Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
  • Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
  • Assists in creating training materials and e-learning guides.
  • Maintain and update employee training records.
  • Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
  • Manage office inventory, update, and maintain records.
  • Backup for all other HR/admin support function
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management / Business or related
  • Welcome Fresh Graduates - Training Provided
  • Mandarin speaking - work related
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in MS office
  • 5 days work week (Bugis - near MRT)
  • Salary up to $3000
