What You'll Do
Review resumes and applications to pre?screen candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and interest
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth coordination
Send follow?up emails, feedback, and next steps post?interview
Maintain accurate and up?to?date recruitment records
What We're Looking For
Minimum

Strong organisational and time?management skills
