• Provide support in all human resource functions and administrative matters for General affairs department.
• Perform daily administrative and assist human resources tasks
• Assist in employees\' onboarding and off boarding matters.
• Support recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, on-boarding etc.
• Assist in staff appraisal.
• Updating worker movement like internal transfer, home leave application etc.
• Maintain proper filing system, documentation & database while ensuring their confidentiality.
• Assist in preparation of correspondences, letter and documents.
• Liaise closely with respective department/project personnel is required.
• Assist in organizing Company events and staff wellbeing activities.
• Assist in other ad-hoc HR projects and any other administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD.
