What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to support for all things HR - from onboarding new hires to keeping our HR systems running smoothly.
• Issue contracts and handle all the important onboarding documentation.
• Manage leave tracking, staff welfare programs, and respond to employee queries with a smile.
• Prepare manpower reports that help guide decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments - operations, recruitment, payroll, and finance.
• Take on ad hoc projects and tasks that keep things interesting and help you grow.

Who We're Looking For:

• You're genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources.
• Some HR or administrative experience? Great! If not, we'll help you learn.
• Detail-oriented is your middle name - you catch things others miss.
• You think in solutions, not problems.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, and people enjoy working with you.
• Bonus points if you know your way around Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
