Responsibilities:



Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media etc. Screen applications & resumes to shortlist suitable candidates and arrange for their interviews. Conduct/assist in interviews to select/recommend suitable candidates for the jobs. Assist with background and reference checks if needed. Make job offer and prepare employment documents. Prepare for new employees' onboarding including orientation Support other HR/Admin duties assigned

Requirements:



Candidate should possess at least a Higher Nitec with specialization in preferably Human Resources or other equivalent qualifications. Some recruitment and interviewing experiences will be an added advantage. Candidates without relevant work experience but keen to learn, will be considered. Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and teamwork Proficient in MS Office Able to start work with short notice.

Working Hours & Days:



9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)
