Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Assistant at MiAO Worlds, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment process and assisting with various HR functions. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to facilitate hiring activities, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in helping us attract and retain top talent for our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
Candidate Sourcing:
Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Interview Coordination:
Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and managing HR documentation. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Local Singaporean preferred
Previous experience in recruitment or HR support required. At least 1 year of experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
