About the Role





We are seeking a motivated

HR Assistant

to support the HR team in daily operations. This role is suitable for candidates with some HR knowledge or a keen interest in developing their HR career, especially in the Construction industry.





Key Responsibilities



Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting jobs and arranging interviews. Help with onboarding new employees and preparing documents. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Assist with work pass applications and renewals. Support attendance tracking and payroll preparation. Help to organize training and keep training records updated. Provide basic support to employees on HR-related matters. Assist in handling leave, medical claims, and other staff benefits. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements



Diploma or degree in any field. Some HR or administrative experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome. Basic knowledge of HR processes and Singapore employment rules will be an advantage. Good communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus. * Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
