We are a growing F&B company with several outlets across Singapore. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a responsible and motivated team player to support our HR and admin functions.







Job Responsibilities:



Handle monthly payroll using Times Software Manage HR systems, leave records, and employee files Apply, renew, and cancel work passes via MOM website Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment letters, contracts) Update HR reports for management Manage daily HR and admin tasks Handle MOM and other surveys Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:



Diploma or higher qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Able to multi-task and work independently Good communication and teamwork skills * Positive attitude and takes responsibility
