Manage employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate and organise HR-related training, workshops, and team-building activities. Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general enquiries. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations. Maintain leave tracking, HR records, and basic payroll support documentation. Perform other ad-hoc HR & general administrative tasks.

Requirement?



Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with using HR-related software. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
