Job Description


Job Responsibilities: Manage the work pass activities and handle the end to end process of work pass activities including but not limited to work passes such as employment pass, S pass, work permit,etc:

  • Work with the onboarding/mobility team and the new employee on their work pass application (including their dependent). Arrange for the medical examination if necessary.
  • Monitor work pass expiry date and work with the employee to obtain required information on work pass application or renewal (including dependent).
  • Prepare work pass application and submission to the regulatory authorities (Ministry of Manpower) via EPOL and WPOL, including purchasing of security bond.
  • Keep track and monitor the work pass application status, reapply the work pass where necessary.
  • Cancel the work pass upon cessation of employment.
  • Update the foreign worker quota information on the dashboard.
  • Process work pass related payments.
  • Stay abreast on work pass related regulations and provide advice to stakeholder from time to time.
  • Maintain and keep good records of documents as per the Company’s record and retention policy.
  • Other ad-hoc project or duties when required.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of work experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and with employee service focus and aptitude.
  • Possess knowledge of work pass requirements.
  • A team player, resourceful and able to multi-task.
