We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.



DESIGNATION : HR Assistant




RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support recruitment processes, work pass applications, and internal event coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering employee engagement through well-organized company events.

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups. Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support their hiring needs. Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports when needed. Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters and contracts. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.

Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance:

Support the preparation and submission of work pass applications and renewals via official portals (e.g., EPOL, WPOL, myMOM Portal). Monitor application statuses and ensure timely processing in line with statutory guidelines. Maintain proper records of work pass validity and quota tracking. Ensure all employment practices comply with MOM regulations and the company's internal policies.

General HR Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Assist in HR audits, internal reviews, or external inspections when required. Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee-related matters.




QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and/or HR operations. Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM systems is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
