Job Description

Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate communication.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.).

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills



Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.

1-3 years of experience in HR, accounts, or administrative roles (freshers may also apply if skilled).

Knowlege of MOM policy

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/HR software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
