About The Role

Join our HR team of high-achieving individuals and be part of our open and inclusive work culture. Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage the full, end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to driving offers.
• Prospect for potential candidates using a variety of sourcing tools, including job-posting platforms and LinkedIn.
• Interview and assess potential candidates based on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
• Drive the offer process, including extending offers, closing offers.
• Provide guidance for new hires through the on-boarding program to assimilate into the new work environment.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop innovative outreach strategies for branding-management (i.e. contribute ideas and collaborate on campaigns).
• Proactively manage recruitment channels and monitor applicant flows, suggesting enhancements to attract a more targeted audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduates without prior work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in creating strong professional relationships.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and maintain a positive mindset.
• Highly driven, prioritising a commitment to maintaining high standards.
