Job Description
Responsibilities: * Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs
- Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
- Handle on-boarding administration, contracts / internal posting administration and off-boarding administrative matters
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard
- Address to customer issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
- 2 years contract
- Jurong East (JEM)
- Up to $3,200 + PB
- Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6:00pm
- Proven experience as an HR associate will be a plus
- Fast learner and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Above average organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Diploma and above
- Able to start immediate or within short notice period
